Holiday Lights Tour
Get ready for the second annual Field Regina Northrop Holiday Lights Tour in Dec. 2024. Share your home, apartment or business display, check out the tour and vote for your favorites and enjoy a free Cocoa Bar Kick-off event on Dec. 14.

Snow Shoveling Program
FRNNG is launching a volunteer program to provide snow removal assistance for neighbors in need. If you are physically unable to shovel, please learn more and sign up below or call 612-208-6004, ideally by Nov. 22.

Neighborhood Loan Programs
FRNNG funds home improvement, emergency deferred, and exterior and energy deferred home loan programs for residents in buildings with 1-4 units.

Creek Restoration & Buckthorn Removal
FRNNG’s Greening volunteers have been working to remove invasive buckthorn along Minnehaha Creek and do our part to preserve our shared green spaces, all without toxic chemicals or hard-to-use power tools. We’d love to have you involved!

Facade Grants
Eligible businesses, nonprofits and commercial property owners can get up to $5,000 in matching grant funds for exterior improvements through the City of Minneapolis and the Field Regina Northrop Neighborhood Group.

Minnehaha Creek Duck Race
FRNNG hosts the Minnehaha Creek Duck Race the first Saturday in May! Watch the ducks float down the creek and enjoy with food trucks, activities for all ages, music, and a raffle. Information on sponsoring ducks will be available early in 2024.
